The NONROAD MODEL is a set of software tools released in 2009 for financial, inventory, investment, legal, and project management purposes. This version, NONROAD2008a, includes a correction to the NOx emission factor data file, resulting in a decrease of NOx emissions from diesel engines by roughly 1 percent in 2007. The core model (nonroad.exe) has only a change in the version number.
